My wife is running Vista, I am running Windows 7.īeyond that – I don't know what is going on.Īny help would be most gratefully received. ![]() ![]() I did notice on my wife's computer that when I typed in the Serial Number, the box turned RED until I had completed typing the number in. Obviously the problem is my computer – but I don't know why. However, when I typed in my "Customer ID" and then the "Confirmation Code", and pressed "next" – nothing! I went back to my computer and, using the "Existing User" check box and "Enter Codes", progressed through. It loaded perfectly, and I was able to create an account, activate the program – and received back the "Confirmation Code" as well as the "Activation Code". I went to my wife's computer, and loaded one of the programs onto it. Removed the software and started again – and still nothing. The "Help File" says that I have to go through "Account Manager" in order to set up an account in order to register them – but it won't let me even get to that stage. I entered the serial numbers for them both – but the "next" button would not highlight for me to continue. I loaded them into the computer, and when I went to register them, I was told to go to "Account Manager", which I did. I have just purchased two software items that use Libronix (Word Biblical Commentary & Tyndale Commentaries - not the Logos system itself). ![]()
